Step 2: Study the CD booklets carefully.

Step 4: Profit!

All the information you need to become a Dreamwalker is right right there in the CD booklets of multiple TDW & Dreamwalkers Inc releases. So just follow the steps that are asked of you then and you are ready to become a dreamwalker!
